We collect information you provide when creating a restaurant account, including:
- Restaurant name, slug, and contact details
- Owner name, email address, and password (encrypted)
- Country and billing information for subscription management
- Menu items, orders, and table data you enter into the platform
- Profile photos you upload (optional)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve the Tabliyo platform
- To process subscriptions and send billing receipts
- To send important service notifications (no marketing without consent)
- To provide customer support
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Cookies
We use secure session cookies to authenticate restaurant owners and staff. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Cookie data is stored only as long as your session remains active.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We conduct regular security audits to protect your information.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Tabliyo account or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Subscription & Billing
- The first month is free for new restaurant partners (no credit card required for Starter plan)
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tabliyo only for lawful restaurant management purposes. You must not use the platform to distribute illegal content, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable laws.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for temporary outages beyond our control (force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
The Tabliyo platform, branding, and code are owned by Tabliyo Technologies. Your restaurant data remains yours — we do not claim ownership over it.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
8. Hardware & Internet Disclaimer
Tabliyo OS is a software-as-a-service platform. We are not responsible for the compatibility, maintenance, or failure of your restaurant's hardware (including POS terminals, tablets, and receipt printers) or internet connectivity.
9. Payment Processing
All transactions processed through our platform are handled by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). By using these features, you agree to their respective Terms of Service. Tabliyo is not liable for delayed settlements, failed transactions, or gateway outages.
10. Staff Management & Liability
Restaurant owners are strictly responsible for all activities occurring under their account, including actions taken by their staff members. You must ensure your staff maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and PINs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabliyo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Taxes (GST)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all subscription fees and charges are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. The restaurant is responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with their subscription to Tabliyo OS.
13. Third-Party Integrations
Tabliyo OS may offer integrations with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, food delivery aggregators). We are not responsible for the availability, policy changes, or data practices of these third-party services.
