Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026 • Applicable to Tabliyo Technologies

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tabliyo OS. By signing up or subscribing, you agree to these terms, forming a binding legal agreement between your restaurant enterprise and Tabliyo Technologies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to Tabliyo OS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a restaurant or commercial enterprise, you represent that you possess the full legal authority to bind such entity.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • The first month is free for new restaurant partners on eligible Starter plans (no credit card required).
  • Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance through authorized payment gateways.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless explicitly cancelled before the subsequent renewal date via the billing portal.
  • In accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, charges for partial billing periods are non-refundable once cloud resources have been provisioned.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Tabliyo OS strictly for lawful restaurant management, digital menu presentation, kitchen dispatching, and dining order processing. You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or introduce malicious payloads into the platform or violate any municipal, state, or national laws.

4. Service Availability & SLA

We target a 99.9% platform availability standard for cloud ordering and kitchen display services. Scheduled maintenance is conducted during off-peak hours with prior notification. We are not liable for transient downtime arising from force majeure events or third-party cloud infrastructure disruptions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Tabliyo OS codebase, proprietary algorithms, design system, and trademarks are owned exclusively by Tabliyo Technologies. The restaurant partner retains full and exclusive ownership of all uploaded menu items, culinary photos, customer transaction history, and restaurant operational data.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that engage in fraudulent transactions, abusive conduct, or repeated breaches of these terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling through the owner billing dashboard.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

8. Hardware & Internet Connectivity Disclaimer

Tabliyo OS is a cloud-based software-as-a-service application. We are not responsible for the performance, maintenance, or technical failure of the restaurant’s physical hardware (including thermal printers, POS terminals, and customer tablets) or local internet connectivity.

9. Payment Gateway Integrations (Razorpay)

All online transactions and subscription payments are processed through third-party payment aggregators, primarily Razorpay. By conducting transactions through Tabliyo, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s Terms of Service. Tabliyo is not responsible for settlement delays, bank downtime, or gateway failure outside of our immediate control.

10. Staff Management & Role-Based Security

Restaurant owners are strictly responsible for all actions taken by their personnel (waiters, kitchen staff, managers) under their master account. Owners must ensure staff members safeguard their access PINs and credentials against unauthorized disclosure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tabliyo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of dining revenue or business interruption). In all events, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Taxes & Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Unless explicitly quoted as tax-inclusive, all listed platform subscription fees are exclusive of applicable statutory taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). Tax invoices with GST numbers will be issued for all eligible business transactions.

13. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Tabliyo OS may offer integrations with external tools (such as WhatsApp Business API or delivery aggregators). We are not responsible for modifications, outages, or policy changes enacted by these third-party platform providers.
